SAFE & CLEAN PROGRAM

Our hotel has always placed great emphasis on providing basic hygiene, but since the appearance of the coronavirus, increased cleanliness measures have been required, which is why we have developed the SAFE & CLEAN PROGRAM. The program allows us to ensure the safety of our guests in an even more organized environment that is clean and meets all hygiene standards. 

 

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR EACH OTHER

In an enclosed space, service personnel are required to use the mask again. Our guests are not currently covered by the regulation, but to protect ourselves and each other, we ask that you wear a mask in the community area. 

 

WHAT WE DO FOR THE GUEST

Disinfection stations such as the reception, the lobby, the entrance to the restaurant or the elevators were located at frequented points. By using them, you can prevent the dirt on your hands from being stuck to an elevator button and then to another person.

Alcoholic and efficient disinfectant cleaning is performed on all surfaces (tables, bar counter, handles, elevator buttons, railings, faucet, light switches, room utensils, room keys) that can be touched or passed on countless times during the day.

In a hotel, the busiest part of the day is usually dinner. In order to avoid congestion, we use shifts to provide a busier table reservation.

When using the elevator, we encourage our guests to use it for a maximum of 4 people at a time, except for those living in one household.

With frequent cleaning, we also ensure the cleanliness of our guests' rooms, so we use the door card to indicate the intention to clean.

Clean fabrics will only enter the room after cleaning and disinfection.

We provide fresh air in the hotel rooms with regular ventilation and proper maintenance of the ventilation system.

Most of our services are also available with a contactless payment method.
